At the session, Mr. Giaco Ventura, the President of the
World Sepharad Congress Foundation, elaborated the strategic
lines of the event: "Today Spain and all the Spaniards
have the historical duty to open their doors and their
hearts to us and to offer us their hands so we can pave
together the fantastic way of an international cooperation,
and to develop together the moral and cultural values, which
we followed up to date. "With our Congress the future
will start; perhaps today begins the future of cooperation
and progress between Spain and the Sepharad Community of the
five continents begins".
